Welcome to Shavin Residency. By booking a stay with us, using our website, or availing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

 

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Payment can be made through in person at the property, or via approved third-party booking platforms(OTA’s) .

4. Rates are quoted in \[INR] and are subject to applicable taxes.

5. A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

 

1. Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM

2. Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

1. Cancellations made 5 Days before the check-in date will receive a full refund (if applicable).

2. Cancellations made less than 2 Days before check-in may be charged partially(50%) or fully.

3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

 

1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to valuables left unattended.

2. Damage to property caused by guests will be charged to their account.

3. Illegal activities, nuisance behavior, or violations of local laws will result in immediate eviction without refund.

 

1. Hotel facilities are for registered guests only.

2. Guests must follow all posted rules for safety and hygiene.

3. Smoking is not allowed.

 

1. We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to process your booking and provide services.

2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for service delivery.

 

The hotel is not responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of \[Maharashtra, India]. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in *\[Wardha]*.
